What you will do
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with company network and communication system maintenance.
- Support data backup and recovery, system upgrades, and IT projects.
- Monitor system performance, maintain IT asset inventories, and document technical procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with IT policies and information security standards.
