What you will do
- Maintain laptops, desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and phones.
- Support internet, intranet, LAN, WAN, and network segments.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
- Provide Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Manage endpoint patching, security updates, and device support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Availability to join within two weeks, with a maximum joining period of one month.
