Assistant Purchasing Manager - Bulgari Resort Ranfushi

What you will do

• Manage purchasing procedures, including ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and processing payments.
• Assist the Executive Chef with food, beverage, and controllable purchasing to support quality and profitability.
• Coordinate deliveries with kitchen staff, restaurant management, and vendors.
• Inspect deliveries and verify quantities, quality, weights, prices, and purchase specifications against invoices.
• Maintain inventory controls, stock rotation, controllable logs, beverage records, and period-end inventories.
• Prepare reports, update item costs, process invoices, and support accounting and budgeting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Knowledge of purchasing operations, accounting processes, inventory controls, and relevant standards.
• Ability to use computer systems for data entry, invoice posting, cost updates, reporting, and information processing.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate with kitchen staff, vendors, supervisors, and executives.
