Senior KYC Analyst, Onboarding Operations, EMEA (Fintech): Evaluating clients through due diligence and managing end-to-end onboarding controls for a global payments platform with an accent on AML/CTF compliance, financial crime risk, and regulatory requirements. Focus on improving scalable onboarding processes, identifying money laundering and sanctions risks, and applying data-driven judgment to audits and compliance decisions.

What you will do
- Perform client due diligence and evaluate customers from a compliance perspective.
- Manage and improve the end-to-end onboarding process from a financial crimes risk perspective.
- Apply AML/CTF policies and procedures to identify money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud, and other financial crime risks.
- Work with regional and global Compliance Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, and Operations Strategy teams.
- Monitor AML-related developments, perform periodic reviews, and support audits.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of process-oriented experience requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of European and Israeli AML directives, local implementations, AML/CTF regulations, principles, and typologies.
- Experience using data and analytics to make decisions and manage performance against objective targets.
- Proficiency with Excel, Office or G Suite tools, case management systems, and data-oriented SaaS vendors.
- English and Hebrew required.
- Experience in banking or fintech is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- AML certification such as ACAMS or ICA.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience in a high-growth or globally distributed startup.
