Workplace Design & Strategy Specialist

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Karlskoga or Linköping, Sweden. Regular travel is required.

What you will do

• Own and continuously develop hirify.global’s workplace strategy, principles, target states, design directions, standards and service models.
• Define workplace guidelines that ensure consistency, scalability and quality across sites while enabling local adaptations.
• Act as a senior advisor on workplace design, functionality, branding and workplace experience for business areas, regional leadership and property projects.
• Support workplace planning, concept development, decision-making and supplier partnerships.
• Assure the quality of workplace solutions throughout major projects and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor workplace trends and best practices, translating external insights into improved strategies, concepts and standards.

Requirements

• Strong strategic, tactical and operational understanding of workplace design, strategy and workplace experience in complex, multi-site environments.
• Ability to translate business needs, external trends and strategic direction into structured, scalable workplace strategies and standards.
• Strong competence in project interfaces and guiding the planning and execution of workplace-related solutions.
• Solid understanding of the relationships between workplace design, real estate, facility management, digital solutions and organisational development.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and integrator between Group Property and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Successful security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
