Head of UX and UI Strategy (iGaming)

What you will do

• Define and own the overarching UX/UI vision and design philosophy across the product and brand portfolio.
• Ensure consistent, coherent, and on-brand customer experiences across all products and touchpoints.
• Govern company-wide design systems, component libraries, UX standards, and design governance processes.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable UX principles, standards, and guardrails for product teams.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys across sportsbook, casino, and other verticals, identifying and resolving cross-product friction.
• Lead and develop the distributed UX community while representing UX in senior leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level UX leadership experience across a broad product portfolio.
• Hands-on knowledge of design infrastructure and scalable shared foundations for multiple product teams.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between brand identity and product experience.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority and contribute credibly to senior leadership conversations.
• Ability to analyze customer journeys across products and lead cross-functional improvements.
