What you will do

• Process guest check-ins, verify identities and payments, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Set up guest accounts, verify rates and billing, process payments, and complete cashier and closing reports.
• Provide directions and property information, respond to guest requests, and follow up to ensure service needs are met.
• Compile daily reports, maintain accurate records, and follow accounting, security, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support employee training, coaching, evaluation, and motivation while helping maintain positive working relationships.
• Welcome guests professionally, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and protect confidential information and company assets.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking capability for guest service.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to use computers and POS systems and remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
