Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa

supports a growing e-commerce brand operating through its own online store and multiple major marketplaces.
What you will do
- Manage daily social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including content creation, scheduling, repurposing, and audience engagement.
- Launch and grow the brand’s TikTok presence using existing training materials.
- Source and manage influencer partnerships, including product-for-content collaborations and longer-term partnership opportunities.
- Maintain online store content, product listings, keywords, SEO, marketplace listings, and related automations.
- Review AI-generated SEO blog content for accuracy, readability, tone, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate one-off projects and external vendors, including review migration, shipping research, stock reorders, samples, packaging updates, and administrative follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven social media content creation and copywriting experience across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to create posts and reels, not only schedule content.
- Experience with Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and seller platforms.
- Strong organisational and proactive skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor follow-ups independently.
- Availability to work remotely from the Philippines or South Africa.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
- Experience with beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer-product brands.
- Experience with influencer marketing and outreach platforms.
