Senior Change Management Consultant (Payments)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid work with part-time office attendance

Salary: EUR 25,000–35,710 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Manage client relationships and support satisfaction and service delivery standards.
• Gather business and technical requirements before formal project initiation.
• Explain system functionality, product capabilities, constraints, and solution options.
• Coordinate with delivery, product, sales, and internal teams on client requirements and product improvements.
• Support account growth through payment-processing and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical account management, client-facing technology, payments, software, or IT.
• Strong business requirements gathering and technical translation skills.
• Ability to understand system functionality and communicate product capabilities and solution options.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup involving the Nicosia office.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment systems or payment processing.
• Experience supporting regional or international clients.
• Experience working with delivery, product, sales, or software development teams.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Availability to travel to client sites when required.
