What you will do

• Lead global cross-functional clinical project teams and deliver contracted milestones and quality objectives.
• Act as the primary customer contact for project progress, governance, and delivery.
• Develop study management plans and ensure consistent use of study tools, training materials, policies, and standard processes.
• Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage study team assignments, accountability, resource requirements, and financial controls.
• Maintain accurate budgets, financial systems, and scope-change tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Global project management experience in the drug development industry.
• Previous experience in a contract research organization is required.
• 2–4 years of project management experience and experience in clinical operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth therapeutic knowledge of cell and gene therapies, first-in-human studies, and paediatric oncology.
