Vice President, Digital Services (Federal Health Technology)

Location: Hybrid in the DC Metro region. Tria is headquartered in Arlington, VA, with a primary office in Baltimore, MD. Many roles are remote, but this position is identified as hybrid.

What you will do

• Own full P&L accountability for an assigned portfolio of federal health-sector contracts, including revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Lead contractual, technical, and quality delivery across programs while enforcing governance, PMO discipline, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Manage senior relationships with federal agency leaders and represent Tria in governance forums, program reviews, and executive briefings.
• Drive organic growth in existing accounts and support capture, proposal, solutioning, staffing, and oral proposal activities.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing delivery organization while supporting talent development and succession planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in federal government contract delivery, including at least 5 years in senior P&L or portfolio leadership.
• Experience managing a federal contract portfolio exceeding $50M annually.
• Strong experience with contractual and technical delivery in software and systems environments.
• Ability to build and sustain senior client relationships within federal agencies and drive growth in existing accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Eligibility for public trust clearance sponsorship requires at least 3 years of residence in the U.S. during the last 5 years.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Department of Health and Human Services or another federal health agency.
• Familiarity with FFP, T&M, and CPFF contracts and related compliance obligations.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or growth-oriented government contracting environment.
