Location: Remote - Philippines

What you will do

• Develop concepts, copy, static designs, and video creatives for paid social campaigns across Meta placements.
• Own creative performance metrics including CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop or hold rate, cost per result, and ROI.
• Identify trends and micro-trends and translate them into on-brand creative for specific audiences and campaign pain points.
• Manage production specifications, file setup, accessibility, compression, and delivery requirements.
• Build AI-augmented workflows for concepting, production, and testing without replacing creative judgment.
• Turn performance patterns into repeatable frameworks and help scale them across the creative team.

Requirements

• Strong command of creative direction and execution across both static and video formats.
• Ability to write copy, shape concepts, execute designs, and own performance in ad platforms.
• Fluency in performance creative metrics such as CTR, hook rate, cost per result, and ROI.
• Advanced knowledge of production tools, editing and design workflows, platform specifications, and file setup.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta advertising, content trends, and what makes creative convert.
• Ability to use AI as a creative-production accelerator while maintaining original judgment and quality.
