Media Buyer Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote - Philippines

Salary: $11.50–$13.50 per hour

What you will do

• Own the strategy, setup, optimization, and performance of approximately 50 complex, custom paid media campaigns initially.
• Build expertise in reporting and tracking systems to retrieve data, diagnose account health, and manage performance risks proactively.
• Use AI to scale the quality and volume of media-buying work while applying independent judgment.
• Run pattern-based analysis, hypothesis-driven tests, and data-informed optimization decisions.
• Develop new setup approaches, workflows, and AI-assisted processes for adoption across the team.
• Communicate with practices and cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex paid media campaigns and owning performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data, tracking, reporting, and full-funnel campaign performance.
• Ability to diagnose account and tracking health independently and proactively manage risk.
• Strong judgment when deciding whether to follow established playbooks or use an alternative approach.
• Ability to use AI productively without replacing independent strategic judgment.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines.
