2D Animator (iGaming)

hirify.global develops award-winning online slot games and operates the PopWins™ mechanical framework.

What you will do

• Animate 2D characters, symbols, visual effects, logos, props, and other game assets.
• Create real-time animations, including rigged and meshed characters, animated props, and visual effects.
• Prototype animation block-outs for upcoming games using placeholders when needed.
• Coordinate with static artists and 2D artists to prepare clean, functional components for animation.
• Work with the production team and developers to communicate animation timing and flow for implementation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital animation.
• Professional experience with Spine and After Effects or a similar tool.
• Ability to create minor 2D sprites or components independently.
• Experience adapting animations to tablet, smartphone, and desktop constraints.
• Willingness to learn the required game engine.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with slot video games.
• Experience with Blender, Maya, or 3DS.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal, or similar engines.
