Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to analyze performance, efficiency, ROI, and profitability.
• Evaluate user acquisition spend, ROAS, and growth metrics across channels, campaigns, and regions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Cursor, Tableau, and Looker for business and financial KPIs.
• Develop risk models to support decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Align top-level metrics with company financial reporting and present actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Marketing Analyst, preferably in a digital or mobile environment.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Cursor, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Ability to connect marketing performance with financial outcomes and profitability.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with cross-functional global teams.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Hiring process

• HR interview of approximately 45 minutes.
• 60-minute technical interview with the Business Analytics Team Lead.
• 72-hour take-home challenge followed by a technical discussion and presentation with the VP Data and Head of Analytics.
