2027 Defined Contribution Pensions Investment Advisory, Graduate - Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh, UK; hybrid. Minimum four days per week in the office initially, then two or three days per week.

What you will do

• Prepare defined contribution pensions investment performance and client reports.
• Draft reports on fund selection, default strategy reviews and investment projects.
• Research pension providers, investment managers and investment products.
• Analyse tender responses, support provider reviews and build financial models for investment risks and expected returns.
• Monitor client investment strategies and support the implementation of investment advice.
• Respond to client and provider queries and collaborate with colleagues across the department.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification completed by 20 September 2027, with a 2.1 or higher, or expected equivalent for final-year students.
• Interest in data, technology, business problem-solving, financial markets, investment or long-term savings.
• Analytical approach, comfort with numbers and ability to learn and apply technical concepts.
• Clear communication, teamwork, time management and ability to balance competing priorities.
