Associate Manager, Copy (Fashion Retail)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid position with approximately two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Write campaign, editorial, promotional, digital, and retail copy for hirify.global.eu.
• Ensure content reflects the brand tone of voice and current streetwear trends.
• Partner with marketing, design, and the agency of record to develop cohesive brand communications.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Support the full translation workflow, from briefing translators and agencies to reviewing final content.
• Maintain translation glossaries and style guides, and provide feedback and training to translators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a fashion or retail copywriter in an advertising or marketing agency or fashion online retailer.
• Solid understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
• Experience managing translation processes and working with freelance translators and translation agencies.
• Strong organizational, communication, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Fluency in another European language.
