Social Media Video Editor (LinkedIn)

Location: Remote (Argentina); fully remote

hirify.global is a U.S.-based A/B testing company that uses experimentation and proprietary web data to improve client conversion results.

What you will do

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes long.
• Transform raw talking-head footage, screen recordings, and website examples into polished social content.
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply consistent color grading, basic sound design, and audio leveling.
• Make business and data-heavy topics clear and visually engaging.
• Repurpose longer recordings into short clips and maintain a premium, data-driven brand style.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• A strong portfolio of social media videos.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content.
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar software.
• Good written English and the ability to communicate with a U.S.-based team.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content.
• Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.
• Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing.
