Senior Embedded Software Engineer (AUTOSAR)

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic Basic Software for automotive ECUs.
• Configure and integrate communication, diagnostics, and ECU system management modules, including COM, DCM, and DEM.
• Implement and integrate CAN/CAN-FD and UDS communication, with XCP support depending on project requirements.
• Integrate microcontroller and low-level software layers in cooperation with hardware and MCAL teams.
• Perform software generation, testing, validation, target debugging, and defect analysis using DaVinci, CANape, and related tools.
• Manage requirements, configurations, software versions, documentation, and deliverables using Polarion, Git, and project processes.

Requirements

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Embedded Systems, Industrial Computing, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in embedded software development or testing, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic architecture, especially the BSW layer.
• Good knowledge of C programming and embedded software development for microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of CAN/CAN-FD, UDS, AUTOSAR communication and diagnostic stacks, and embedded testing, integration, and debugging.
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AUTOSAR configuration and development tools, particularly DaVinci.
• Knowledge of XCP, CANape, MCAL, Git, or Polarion.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 or ASPICE.
