Senior Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop insight-led marketing strategies and business cases aligned with company objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns and product launches from planning through execution.
• Shape product narratives and compelling merchant propositions.
• Define target audiences, segmentation, customer journeys, and channel plans.
• Develop joint initiatives with Sales, Product, Merchant Operations, and strategic partners.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate in-house specialists, PR agencies, and freelancers.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of broad marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, payments, or another technology-driven industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success delivering integrated campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong independent execution, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and ability to turn insights into recommendations.
• Creative judgment and experience directing creative, PR, or communications work.
• Excellent English communication skills required; Swedish is an advantage.
