What you will do

• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, life events, and ongoing eligibility changes.
• Respond to employee questions about benefits policies, programs, procedures, and eligibility rules.
• Process benefit transactions in HR systems and maintain accurate, complete employee records.
• Coordinate with external benefits vendors and internal HR partners to resolve issues and exceptions.
• Support open enrollment communications, system readiness, and issue resolution.
• Monitor benefit cases, maintain process documentation, and identify recurring issues for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in human resources, employee benefits, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits or supporting benefits-related transactions.
• Experience with HR systems or case management tools.
• Ability to interpret and apply benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility rules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information compliantly.
• Fluent English, native Portuguese, and fluent Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with open enrollment, large-scale benefits communications, or external benefits providers and brokers.
• Basic knowledge of payroll or other HR services.
