What you will do
- Manage permanent retail merchandising projects from briefing and concept approval through final installation.
- Coordinate multiple projects across brands, retailers, suppliers, and Spain and Portugal.
- Build project timelines, monitor risks, and ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate supplier quotations, prototypes, technical development, production schedules, and costs.
- Review technical drawings, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement, finance, sales, retailers, and global merchandising teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Retail Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous project management experience in retail furniture, shopfitting, visual merchandising, interior architecture, retail design, or custom-built fixtures.
- Experience managing complex projects and working with suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of retail furniture production, custom fixtures, displays, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read layouts, plans, and production drawings, with strong spatial awareness.
- Fluent English and Spanish required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in retail furniture, shopfitting, visual merchandising, or custom fixture production.
- Experience in a multinational company, retail furniture or shopfitting supplier, production agency, architectural studio, or retail design company.
