Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do
- Develop clean, secure, reusable Android software for payment and transactional solutions.
- Explore and adopt technologies that improve project outcomes, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Translate user stories into technical designs, services, prototypes, and working software.
- Guide new developers through onboarding and provide ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate with IT specialists and technicians to deliver software solutions.
- Document software development work and participate in continuous technical training.
Requirements
- At least five years of mobile application development experience with Kotlin and Compose.
- Experience with Git/GitLab, Gradle, Firebase, SonarQube, and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of software design and development, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
