TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (GitHub Actions): Building and standardizing developer experience, CI/CD workflows, and engineering platforms for software teams across Product Creation with an accent on automation, self-service capabilities, observability, and security. Focus on migrating delivery pipelines to GitHub Actions, governing repositories, enabling AI-assisted development, and integrating software supply-chain security practices.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; onsite at the DK-based office

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and improve shared GitHub Actions workflows and reusable CI/CD components.
- Support migration from TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
- Improve the reliability, observability, troubleshooting, and security of CI/CD workflows.
- Define GitHub repository standards, templates, permissions, branching practices, and governance.
- Support GitHub Copilot adoption through enablement, governance, and engineering guidance.
- Maintain selected services on VMware vSphere and integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, developer tooling, or similar areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD platforms, including reusable automation, observability, and security improvements.
- Experience with GitHub repositories, source control, branching strategies, permissions, templates, and repository governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native development, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and platform engineering.
- Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with software supply-chain security, Software Composition Analysis, dependency governance, vulnerability scanning, secret scanning, SAST, DAST, or code scanning.
