What you will do
- Lead and grow business for an established global pharmaceutical client.
- Provide senior strategic counsel on communications and business objectives.
- Oversee integrated brand and above-brand communications programmes across multiple geographies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage diverse account teams and support team design and development.
- Direct campaign delivery across owned, earned, and paid channels, including media relations and regulated content.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and lead RFP responses and pitches.
Requirements
- Deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
- Experience leading large global communications programmes and developing campaigns for medical and general audiences.
- Strong people management, coaching, career development, and line-management experience.
- Experience working with research, strategy, and creative teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- Proven client counsel, business development, pitching, pricing, and financial planning skills.
