Junior Finance Specialist (Part-time) (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid, hirify.global - Malta Office

What you will do

• Manage the Accounts Payable function, including supplier invoice processing and timely payments.
• Process payments to suppliers, contractors, and other third parties according to company procedures.
• Allocate payments to supplier accounts and reconcile supplier statements.
• Process employee and contractor expense reimbursements.
• Perform Accounts Payable bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain payment schedules, resolve invoice queries, and support month-end reconciliations and reporting.
