Senior Biostatistician (RWE)

What you will do

• Lead statistical activities for real-world evidence and clinical research projects.
• Review protocols and develop Statistical Analysis Plans and TLF specifications.
• Oversee statistical analyses and interpret study results.
• Review datasets, tables, listings, figures, and statistical reports.
• Provide statistical leadership to cross-functional teams and support client interactions, proposals, and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior statistical staff and ensure timely, compliant delivery of study reporting.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Significant experience leading statistical activities for clinical or real-world evidence studies.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and experience with SAS and/or R programming.
• Experience with protocol review, SAP development, TLF specifications, and statistical reporting.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-world evidence and observational research studies.
• Knowledge of causal inference methods.
• Experience working with secondary healthcare databases.
