ServiceNow Architect

What you will do

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, technical standards, design principles, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design scalable platform solutions and establish governance for configurations and customizations.
• Architect and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, web services, and MID Server.
• Provide technical direction, review designs and code, guide developers, and support architecture decisions.
• Assess requirements with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams and recommend suitable ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support security, performance, testing, deployment, release management, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience and experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and application development.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM/GRC, TPRM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Strong enterprise integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services, authentication, and data migration.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL, agile delivery, DevOps, and release management practices.
