Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite contract role

What you will do
- Maintain office networks and internet connectivity with service providers.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS computers, printers, software, hardware, and internet issues.
- Prepare daily reports on connectivity and resource monitoring for the office.
- Set up PCs and laptops and research equipment for company procurement.
- Manage IT peripheral handovers during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Network Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of IT support experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, office applications, support software, and support devices.
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
