Senior Piping Engineer

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible two days per week.

Salary: €2,800 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and manage piping engineering tasks during project execution.
• Perform strength and stress calculations using ProBad, Rohr 2, and applicable EN13480 and ASME standards.
• Prepare pipe class manuals, calculation reports, and supports and hangers documentation.
• Coordinate with NoBo inspectors, engineering teams, and product managers during design, inspection, and commissioning.
• Deliver accurate technical documentation while meeting HSE requirements.

Requirements

• At least five years of industry experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, Waste-to-Energy, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong experience preparing specifications for mechanical equipment or systems.
• Experience with system development, optimization, and specification creation.
• Familiarity with CAE tools.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
