Piping Engineer

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days a week and flexible working time with core hours from 9:00 to 15:00.

Basic wage component: €2,200 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and manage project execution tasks against contractual and technical requirements.
• Perform piping strength and stress calculations using ProBad, Rohr 2, and related software.
• Prepare pipe class manuals, calculation reports, and support and hanger documentation.
• Coordinate with NoBo inspectors, engineering teams, and product managers during design, inspection, and commissioning.
• Deliver high-quality technical documentation while complying with HSE requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, Waste-to-Energy, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong experience preparing specifications for mechanical equipment or systems.
• Experience with system development, optimization, and specification creation.
• Familiarity with CAE tools and piping standards including EN 13480, ASME B31.1, and ASME B31.3.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations.

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
