Supplier Quality Expeditor

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible two days per week; willingness to travel up to 100% required.

Salary: €2,300 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Track supplier progress from purchase order through delivery and ensure compliance with schedule and quality commitments.
• Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and check compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001.
• Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to project stakeholders.
• Develop supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and maintain project status in management tools.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree.
• NDT qualification at VT, PT, or RT Level 2 minimum and welding certification at IWE/EWE minimum.
• Experience in plant construction, including boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline projects, with coating field knowledge.
• Ability to read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply EN-ISO, ASME-IX, and PED codes.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• English at B2 level minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%.
