Layout & Piping Engineering Manager (Plant Engineering)

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid arrangement with home office possible 2 days per week and core working hours from 9:00 to 15:00.

Basic wage component: €3,000 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead the Layout & Piping project engineering team and own project delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.
• Integrate layout activities across multi-location teams and coordinate piping and valve work packages.
• Develop plant layout concepts covering process engineering, construction, electrical and instrumentation, control systems, and logistics.
• Manage information exchange with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate civil engineering, fire protection, traffic management, and maintenance concepts for the complete plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing complex plant layouts.
• Project execution experience covering steel structures, electrical layout engineering, and civil engineering.
• Working knowledge of E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and 2D/3D CAD methodology.
• Practical knowledge of BIM methodology in large-scale plant projects.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
