What you will do
- Take ownership of YouTube channel projects from initial ideas through performance results.
- Create and develop channels for English-speaking markets using keyword, search-intent, competitor, and content-opportunity research.
- Produce videos at scale, including ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails, and publishing.
- Build SEO-driven content strategies and optimize titles, thumbnails, hooks, and formats for ranking.
- Track rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions; run experiments and analyze results.
- Use AI, automation, and content repurposing throughout the workflow while following YouTube policies and regulated-industry requirements.
Requirements
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, proactive ownership, and willingness to work independently.
- Strong familiarity with YouTube and an ability to recognize why videos perform well.
- Comfort with numbers, experimentation, and learning from unsuccessful tests.
- Some experience with video editing or content creation.
- Basic SEO knowledge or genuine interest in learning SEO.
- Excellent written and spoken English, plus experience using AI tools.

- Experience running a YouTube channel, website, social account, or personal content project.
