Data Centers Operations Specialist (Power Systems/Telecom): Operating and maintaining the İzmir Technology Center infrastructure, including energy systems, cooling equipment, layouts, alarms, and network/IT facilities, with an accent on 24/7 continuity, energy efficiency, and service reliability. Focus on commissioning infrastructure, preventing and resolving faults, supervising vendors, monitoring capacity and performance, and supporting customer and audit activities.
Location: Onsite at the İzmir Technology Center, İzmir, Türkiye; flexible 24/7 shift work including nights and weekends.

What you will do
- Operate and maintain the İzmir Technology Center on a 24/7 basis, ensuring service continuity without outages.
- Monitor infrastructure alarms, perform preventive actions, restore systems after faults, and supervise vendor troubleshooting through the maintenance service provider.
- Maintain energy, power, cooling, cabling, equipment layout, and other technical infrastructure systems.
- Commission and integrate new energy and cooling equipment, perform periodic checks, support audits, and report system performance.
- Track capacity, equipment status, installation quality, and project progress; prepare technical, energy, and weekly performance reports.
- Support customer activities, technical introductions, site visits, tender documentation, and communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- At least 1 year of similar experience, preferably in a GSM/IT environment, telecommunications operator, or mission-critical building.
- Good knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, high-capacity air-conditioning systems, cabling, and technology-center layout planning.
- Very good English at least at Upper-Intermediate level; Turkish is required for technical introductions and customer visits.
- Customer-oriented, results-oriented, adaptable, flexible, solution-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work flexible 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends, and proximity to the İzmir Technology Center.
