E-Commerce Specialist (Gaming) (e-commerce/marketing automation): Developing and optimizing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and webstore growth initiatives for a mobile gaming business with an accent on email marketing, customer engagement, and data analysis. Focus on improving campaign KPIs, coordinating cross-functional e-commerce projects, and supporting A/B testing and new webstore features.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: From €2,630/month gross, based on experience and competence.

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs, using data insights to improve results.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, and e-commerce projects that increase traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
- Manage promotions, product launches, A/B testing, online activities, and reporting.
- Support the development of new webstore features and research digital growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Superset, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with XML, HTML, and JSON.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of English and the ability to coordinate projects and work independently.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Interest in efficiency, process improvement, and business drivers.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in gaming.
