What you will do
- Coordinate and maintain the end-to-end release process for new games.
- Monitor and update game information to maintain data accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Add games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing game entries.
- Communicate with game providers about releases, technical updates, metadata changes, and graphic assets.
- Upload, organize, and maintain game materials in the CDN and asset repository.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of release processes.
Requirements
- English at B2+ level
- Russian at B2+ level
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel.
