Malaysia Communications Manager (Corporate Communications): Developing and executing integrated communications programs for Intel Malaysia across employee, executive, corporate, product, and crisis communications with an accent on storytelling, stakeholder management, and communications analytics. Focus on building the local corporate narrative, advising leadership, coordinating crisis response, and using AI tools to improve communications effectiveness.
Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work model with regular on-site work at the assigned site

What you will do
- Develop and execute Malaysia's integrated communications strategy across employee, executive, corporate, and product communications.
- Build a consistent local narrative connecting 's technology leadership, presence, business priorities, and contributions to Malaysia.
- Create communications content for intranet, newsletters, blogs, social media, forums, videos, podcasts, and infographics.
- Support executive messaging, employee forums, talking points, leadership engagements, employer branding, and social media communications.
- Lead or coordinate communications during issues and crisis situations with site leadership and regional and global partners.
- Support product launches and product communications with communications, marketing, sales, customers, and ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of communications experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience developing and executing impactful 360-degree communications programs and campaigns.
- Strong writing, stakeholder management, collaboration, agility, and adaptability skills.
- Experience with internal communications, storytelling, and employer branding is highly valued.
- Ability to use data, analytics, communications metrics, and AI tools to improve communications effectiveness.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the site in Penang, Malaysia.
