What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across gaming products and customer-facing functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand talent needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Source candidates and build strong international talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidate competencies and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with local People & Culture teams and global advisory partners to align hiring needs.
• Support employer branding, learning and development, DEIB initiatives, and compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology.
• Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies.
• Strong networking, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand managers’ and teams’ needs and act as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Solution-oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Interest in continuous personal and professional development.
