Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Develop software solutions and introduce new technologies within IMS.
• Design, build, test, debug, and maintain reliable software.
• Integrate external providers, banks, payment gateways, and other systems through APIs.
• Contribute to automated testing, code quality, and development documentation.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and Operations engineers, participate in retrospectives, and own assigned areas.
• Help build risk and payments capabilities for fraud detection, anti-money-laundering controls, and prevention of stolen or misused card activity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience with Java.
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts and solid theoretical fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Effective collaboration skills, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience.
• PHP experience.
