3D Environment Supervisor (Unity/Unreal)

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia; hybrid work with office attendance 2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead a team of 3–4 Environment Artists and manage daily priorities, workloads, and milestones.
• Review environment assets against art and technical standards, identify production issues, and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate risks and progress with the 3D Lead, Art Director, Producers, Project Leads, and international game teams.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, professional development, and artist self-management.
• Improve environment workflows, delivery predictability, and production quality while reducing rework.

Requirements

• Experience with environment modeling, texturing, and materials.
• Knowledge of Unreal or Unity and asset optimization for game engines.
• Ability to review assets and maintain production and technical standards.
• Strong organization, initiative, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, supportive, and approachable working style.
• Portfolio submission is required; applications must include a CV in English.
