Director, Corporate Security (Digital Trust)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a corporate security strategy covering endpoints, workforce access, browsers, SaaS, collaboration platforms, and employee-facing technology.
• Translate security risks into prioritized roadmaps, control requirements, baselines, review criteria, and exception processes.
• Establish repeatable, automated, standardized, and self-service security processes with measurable coverage, effectiveness, exceptions, and residual risk.
• Define and evolve security expectations for managed devices, identity and access, data handling, SaaS, browsers, and privileged activity.
• Partner with Corporate IT, IAM, Security Engineering, and business technology owners to implement and independently verify platform-level controls.
• Manage and develop a small technical security team while remaining hands-on with high-risk architecture, operations, tooling, and complex security issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate, enterprise, or endpoint security within a large or technically complex organization.
• Technical depth across endpoint security, identity and access, browser security, SaaS security, data protection, and privileged access.
• Experience building or operating security programs for large user and device populations.
• Demonstrated ability to replace manual or ad hoc security work with repeatable, automated, or platform-level controls.
• Experience managing a small technical security team while remaining hands-on and influencing teams outside the direct reporting line.
• Comfort operating across technical architecture and day-to-day security operations.
