Senior Product Designer (Sportsbook)

What you will do

• Design product experiences across Sportsbook Core and Trust & Compliance.
• Own design work end to end, from understanding problems through shipping and iteration.
• Translate research, data, constraints, and customer insights into actionable design decisions.
• Work across multiple squads, domains, and roadmaps while prioritising effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Marketing, and Data.
• Contribute to scalable and reusable product standards and design systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated product design experience with examples of end-to-end ownership.
• A portfolio showing problem-solving, design thinking, shipped work, and reflection on trade-offs.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and making pragmatic decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing multiple squads, domains, or roadmaps and deciding where to focus.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to engineering, legal, and commercial stakeholders.
• Active investment in design practice, including describing how AI is being used in design work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
• Familiarity with design systems at scale.
• Strategic mindset connecting user needs with business goals.
