Performance Marketing Specialist

hirify.global is an Australian pet wellness company developing fresh wholefood meals and other preventative nutrition products for dogs and cats.

What you will do

• Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic video, and related platforms.
• Review campaign performance daily and weekly, identifying opportunities across ads, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
• Own the creative performance pipeline and coordinate creative rotations with the Creative Director.
• Run experiments and optimize campaigns against budgets, KPIs, ROI, and growth targets.
• Use attribution, product analytics, platform data, geolift, and marketing mix modeling to evaluate channel impact and recommend budget allocation.
• Present performance insights and digital strategies to the VP of Growth and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency or in-house environment, preferably in e-commerce or DTC.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, programmatic video through DV360 or an equivalent platform, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills focused on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and campaign planning.
