TL;DR
UX Designer (WordPress/CMS): Designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences for client web and mobile projects with an accent on user journeys, information architecture, interaction models, and content management systems. Focus on resolving ambiguous business goals, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and creating reusable UX patterns that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
Location: Remote — EMEA; open to applicants in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

What you will do
- Support end-to-end UX direction across client engagements and create intuitive, scalable experiences ready for development.
- Collaborate with UX, design, product, and engineering teams to define scope, clarify priorities, and make user-focused tradeoffs.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into user journeys, information architecture, interaction models, and reusable UX patterns.
- Facilitate workshops and align client stakeholders and internal teams through clear, actionable deliverables.
- Design within CMS structures, including content models, templates, and reusable blocks, with WordPress experience strongly preferred.
Requirements
- A few years of experience designing digital products and UX for complex web and/or mobile experiences.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems; WordPress experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to bring structure and momentum to busy, ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across clients, product teams, designers, and engineers.
- A track record of shipping polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion.
- Applicants must be based in EMEA, including Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
