Director, HR Business Partner, R&D, EUR (Biopharma): Shaping workforce, talent and organizational strategies for a complex biopharmaceutical R&D organization with an accent on organization design, succession planning and leadership effectiveness. Focus on advising senior leaders, identifying capability and retention risks, supporting restructurings, and translating workforce data into actionable recommendations.

What you will do
- Shape workforce and capability plans aligned with evolving R&D portfolio and organizational priorities.
- Lead organization design, operating model, restructuring and business transition initiatives.
- Advise and coach senior leaders through growth, transformation, ambiguity and complex people decisions.
- Identify critical talent, succession and retention risks and turn insights into practical actions.
- Guide talent reviews, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations and Legal.
Requirements
- Significant progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders.
- Strong experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance management and change.
- Experience supporting R&D, scientific, clinical, regulatory, technical or similarly complex professional populations.
- Experience operating across functions and geographies within a matrixed, regulated environment.
- Strong executive presence, analytical ability and sound judgment in sensitive employee, compliance and organizational matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in biopharmaceuticals or life sciences.
- Advanced degree or relevant HR qualification.
