What you will do
- Design and implement mobile features across Flutter and native Android/iOS layers.
- Build reusable components and business features using native device capabilities, REST APIs, local persistence, and offline scenarios.
- Own technical design, data flow, edge cases, testing, and quality for delivered features.
- Develop cross-platform and native integrations through platform channels and troubleshoot platform-specific, performance, and synchronization issues.
- Review code, contribute to engineering guidelines and internal tooling, and participate in technical research and prototyping.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, QA, and product stakeholders while mentoring junior and middle engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, plus cross-platform integration with native Android/iOS applications.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, state management such as BLoC, Clean Architecture, SOLID, dependency injection, and modular design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, offline and synchronization scenarios, and at least one native technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
- Experience with unit and widget testing, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or strong interest in the area.
Nice to have
- Backend experience with C#/.NET or web experience with Angular/TypeScript.
- SDK development, packaging, linting, unit testing, and metadata- or schema-driven UI experience.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, field service, or other data-heavy enterprise mobile applications.
- Experience with geolocation, camera, push notifications, OAuth/SSO, real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, localization, and enterprise mobility.
