Site Manager (Industrial Construction)

What you will do

• Lead construction, field engineering, self-perform crews, supervisors, and site employees.
• Build staffing plans, support recruiting and succession planning, and provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Champion site safety, regulatory compliance, incident prevention, investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate clients, engineering teams, subcontractors, procurement, labor resources, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, cost, forecasting, daily reporting, change management, quality completion, KPIs, and project closeout.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, subcontractor documents, estimates, changes, purchasing, and commercial risks.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant industrial facility construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, organization, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with industrial construction execution, field engineering, self-perform crews, subcontractors, procurement, project controls, and site leadership.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project controls using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, or similar software.
• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Frequent worksite presence and ability to travel by plane or vehicle are required.
