Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 times per week. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Provide production support for supported applications and services.
- Use Kubernetes and Docker to maintain application reliability, performance, and service continuity within agreed service levels.
- Manage and monitor Cross File Transfer solutions and file exchange processes.
- Manage the full incident and problem lifecycle, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
- Maintain procedures, technical documentation, audit deliverables, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Working knowledge of Cross File Transfer solutions.
- Experience with incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and remediation actions.
- Fluent English at B2 level.
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit; available for hybrid work in Lisbon 2–3 times per week.
