Salary: $103,040–$159,750 annually, plus a 10%–20% incentive opportunity

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, frameworks, scripts, and regression suites.
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases for multi-component solutions across parallel development efforts.
  • Analyze business requirements and technical designs to identify testability gaps and quality risks.
  • Validate functionality, performance, and system integration using automation tools and quality engineering practices.
  • Track defects, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development and delivery teams on resolution.
  • Report test coverage, defect trends, risks, and quality insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience independently designing, building, and executing automated testing solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile and SDLC environments.
  • Advanced experience providing technical leadership in automation and quality engineering.
  • Experience mentoring peers, influencing testing strategies, and leading quality efforts for complex initiatives or incidents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.
